When I established my photography business over fifteen years ago I knew I had found the perfect job for me, one that combined my enjoyment of people with my passion for photography. And here I am now, one of Auckland’s most experienced and successful wedding and portrait photographers, still capturing in timeless images people and their most precious moments. I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings and portraits, won numerous awards and have been at the forefront of a rapidly changing photographic industry.
I’ve taken wedding photographs at some of the most beautiful locations New Zealand has to offer: Lake Tekapo, Orakei-Korako, Lake Taupo, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Marlborough and Auckland’s West Coast beaches…as well as at reception venues such as Mantells, Mudbrick Vineyard, Hotel de Vin, Pinot, The Hilton, Grace Hill Vineyard, Cassels, Castaways, Sorrento, Toto, Alberton, Villa Maria and Sails Restaurant.
People ask me what my point of difference is as a photographer. I believe it’s my ability to put people at ease, to relate and connect personally. My relaxed, friendly and unobtrusive style is what I pride myself on and why people choose me as their photographer. And once people feel comfortable in front of the camera great images happen naturally.
